What is the reimbursed amount that Bank provides under Health insurance facility?

Bill amount or 25% of weighted average balance during last 365 days (not exceeding NPR. 80,000 for hospitalization case and NPR. 20,000 for OPD case), whichever is lower

6 times a year (3 times OPD & 3 times hospitalization cases)

What is the minimum claim amount for OPD treatment?

NPR 25,000/-

What is the maximum amount that can be claimed for hospitalization case?

NPR 80,000/-

NPR 20,000/-

Are Joint Account holders eligible for Health Insurance facility?

In case of Joint account holders, all joint account holders shall be eligible to claim health insurance facility, however, it shall be on first come first basis and the total eligible amount will be same as single account procedure.

Does SrBL health insurance cover delivery expenses?

Yes, delivery case (both normal & C-section) allowed for Nari Bachat Khata only with a limit of NPR 10,000 or actual bill or yearly weighted average deposit whichever is lower.

Which hospitals in Nepal are eligible for reimbursement of Delivery Case?

All Government and Semi Government Hospitals of Nepal only

How many times can Nari Bachat Khata account holder claim delivery case under SrBL Health Insurance Facility in a year?
