You need to visit nearest Sunrise bank branch & submit the internet banking form.
Get the login details which was send to your registered email.For your security reason, attached PDF is encrypted hence follow the process to open PDF provided in email.
You need to visit nearest bank for password reset of internet banking password. You will get new password in your registered email.
Go to menu: Accounts -> Balance & Transaction Info -> Account Summary. Here your all linked account will be visible, right button 'Action' at the right of each account and select 'View Transaction History'. Your account statement will be visible. You can change date range from 'Search Transaction' option. Or Choose date range from 'Choose Statement' and click green arrow nearby. Once statement is visible click 'Download Details As' at the bottom right of the page and choose PDF or Excel or other format and click Green arrow aside.
Frist You need to add counterparty, Go to menu: Transactions -> Transaction Support Services -> Manage Counterparty. Click Add Counterparty. Input Name, Nickname, Entity Type: Creditor/Debtor, Account Number, Network & Bank Identifier: within Bank (here click lookup and select receiver's branch code) then click 'Continue' at bottom, enter transaction PIN when asked. - Transfer can be done by going on Menu: Transactions -> Initiate Funds Transfer -> Initiate Fund Transfer. Under Make Payment To option, select Counterparty Type as 'Personal Payee', now choose receiver account number from 'Personal Payees' List. Enter your amount, reference and click 'Continue' and enter transaction PIN when asked. - Your Added Counter Party will also appear on DASHBOARD under Quick Pay as below mentioned and you can transfer fund to mentioned account easily which should be confirmed by entering One Time Password/ Transaction Password
Go to menu: Transactions -> Pay Bills -> Initiate Utility Payment - Under Make Payment To option, select Counterparty Type as 'Adhoc Biller', now click 'Lookup' button and new box will be open. Click 'Select' option at right of Load Esewa option. Enter Biller Nickname (example: receiver name). Enter Esewa ID, Enter Amount, and Reference and click 'Continue' at bottom, enter transaction PIN when asked.
Go to menu: Transactions -> Pay Bills -> Initiate Utility Payment - Under Make Payment To option, select Counterparty Type as 'Adhoc Biller', now click 'Lookup' button and new box will be open. Click 'Select' option at right of CREDIT CARD PAYMENT option. Enter Biller Nickname (example: receiver name). Enter Credit Card Number, Enter Amount, and Reference and click 'Continue' at bottom, enter transaction PIN when asked.
You need to click on user profile (at top, in your name) -> security settings -> update channel login ID -> Update -> change the fill up Channel user ID -> click on continue.
