iCard s a service through which any account holder of the Bank can get the debit card with customized photo of their own choice that is printed on the front of the card. The request of such card should be made via our digital platform - “iCard”.

This new and innovative service aims to give ownership and a feeling of attachment to the Bank’s products to our Account Holders where they can design their own debit cards. The cardholders will be able to view the design of the final card before submitting for a physical print w.  Simply, iCard allows customer to select a photo from their gallery of their own, family, pets, whatever they want!

It's easy and fun. 

iCard service is subject to these terms and conditions. By requesting a iCard and submitting an image of your choice, the account holder or card holder warrants to Sunrise Bank that:

1. You are the owner of the image or you have obtained express consent from the image’s owner to use the image on your Custom Debit Card.
2. Use of the image by Bank will not invade on any other person’s rights, including intellectual property rights, in the image.
3. You give Sunrise Bank a permission and a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use the image on the Custom Debit Card. 
4. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Bank for the harmless from and against any damages, loss, costs, expenses (including court costs and attorney fees) incurred by or asserted against Bank as a direct or indirect result of the issuance of the Custom Debit Card or the use of the image and this service, including but not limited to any and all claims alleging infringement of a trademark, copyright, or other - intellectual property right, the violation of a right of privacy and/or any other right. 
5. Bank’s liability hereunder is limited to refunding the fee associated with issuing the Custom Debit Card and Bank is not liable to you for any loss, damage, claim, or expense whatsoever in relation to any action or omission by Bank in connection with the Custom Debit Card. 
6. Bank is not responsible for image quality including, but not limited to, positioning on the Custom Debit Card. Bank reserves the right to reject any image, including but not limited to any photograph submitted, or to refuse to issue a Custom Debit Card, in our sole discretion. You may not submit images that are unacceptable.
7. Bank’s General terms and conditions for Debit Card issuance will also apply. 
8. Bank reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to terminate the Custom Debit Card program issued to you, at any time, in its sole discretion.
9. You must be registered to Sunrise Smart+ with transaction facility before submitting the custom debit card request.
10. If you already have another Debit Card for appling account number, then same will be replaced with iCard request.
11. Custom Debit Card request includes fees of NPR 1,000/-. The fee will be deducted from your saving account. If you do not have enough funds in the account associated with your debit card to cover the fee(s), your Custom Debit Card request will not be processed.
