To provide hassle free and convenient banking services to the customers by leveraging technology, Sunrise Bank has launched Electricity (NEA) Bill Payment via Missed Call. Customers who have been registered in the Missed Call Banking System, can pay the Electricity bill by just giving a missed call to predefined number. Since customer can pay bill via Missed call, this will remove restraint to have advanced or latest tech mobile in their hand.
In order to avail the service, customers have to subscribe the Missed call- Electricity (NEA) Bill Payment service via Sunrise Smart or from any nearest Sunrise Bank Branches. Once the subscription is completed, the customer needs to give a call to following number:

The system will auto reject the call and process for the payment related to the mobile number as per the registration. Since the call is auto rejected, there will not be any telephone cost to the customer. This will also remove the dependency of internet and might be beneficial to the people living in rural areas or to those people without having much literacy on using smartphones.
