Sunrise Bank opens its Sixth Branch in Gabahal of Patan
Sunrise Bank Limited has started its banking operation in Gabahal of Lalitpur from today. The Branch was inaugurated by renowned literate Mr. Satya Mohan Joshi. Sunrise Bank’s involvement will be significant in promoting and supporting Small and Medium Enterprises in the district that will also contribute towards conservation of local art and cultural heritage, said Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kishore Maharjan.
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Maharjan expressed the view that the Bank will primarily focus on effective expansion of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loan. The Bank looks forward to efficiently granting loans to small to large scale entrepreneurs and industrialists as well as providing attractive interest rates on deposits to its valued customers. The Bank will provide the highest Interest Rate of 6.5% p.a on Sunrise Normal Savings Account and products and services such as Sunrise Bal Bachat Kosh, Sunrise Ghar Karja, Sunrise SME Loan, Sunrise Educational Institute Loan, SMS Banking, Internet Banking, etc. will also be provided by the Branch. Sunrise Bank has so far collected Rs. 4 Billion as Deposits, and granted over Rs. 3 Billions 50 Crores as Loans.
The Bank has already extended its Branch Network outside Kathmandu in Dharan, Besisahar and Damauli, and in Gairidhara and Tinkune within the valley. The Bank has targeted to establish around 10 Branches by the end of Ashwin, 2065. Gabahal Branch of Lalitpur is the 6th Branch of the Bank.
